Guarantee
We guarantee the quality of our work, and hems are guaranteed for the life of the garment. If you are not satisfied with the alteration, we will re-alter the garment at no additional cost. If you are still not satisfied, we will issue a full refund.
In the rare event that we damage your garment, we will reimburse you based on original purchase receipt or an agreed fair value, and we will retain the original garment.
Guarantee Conditions
- Claims must be made within four (4) weeks of the receipt date.
- Wedding alteration claims must be made within one (1) month of the receipt date.
- Products must be unused and unopened for full refunds (with proof of purchase).
Exclusions to Guarantee
- Garments not pinned by our staff.
- Invisible mending and dry cleaning services.
- Size changes caused by customer body changes after measurements.

Cancellation Policy
If an order is cancelled after work has commenced, a 20% cancellation fee will apply to cover handling and safety adjustments (e.g., pin removal). Orders cancelled before any work begins will not incur any fees.
Non-Collection Policy
Garments not collected within three (3) months of drop-off will be donated to charity. Our staff will attempt to contact customers at least three (3) times before this action is taken, and all attempts will be documented.
